Brione’s welding department has modern welding machines and professional personnel with tens of years of work experience in various materials, joint seams and diverse sheet metal parts to be welded.

With the help of modern Laser welding, even complex products can be quickly and efficiently connected to each other seamlessly. The welding seam is high-quality, smooth and thin, there are no pores and the radius can be precisely controlled. With a well-executed welding, saving visible surfaces from post-processing saves labor costs considerably.

Our special expertise also includes accurate MicroTacks in visible components and small hefting which allows to skip grinding of the surfaces and thus reduces the required finishing.

3D design also greatly influences the fabricability of a welded sheet metal component, as we consider, together with the customer, the joints of the structures to be joined by means of welding already at the design stage.
