FULLY AUTOMATIC SG6 SHEET METAL WORKING CENTER WITH MATERIAL WAREHOUSE

Despite the strong development of fiber lasers, sheet metal parts are still manufactured at unbeatable prices on sheet metal processing centers. Our sheet metal processing center, equipped with an automatic warehouse and post-sorting, is efficient for both small and large series. Longer series are handled by automation during night operations, so that our customers get maximum cost benefit from their sheet metal parts.

Our sheet metal processing centers can produce threads, draws and diverse shapes ready for assembly into parts. Even small edgings are made in the same work step. Our tool shelf contains standard shape tools as well as a wide range of special tools for new and different shapes and product solutions, which our skilled and expert staff, together with our customers, come up with ideas for. We actively consider new possible manufacturing methods for sheet metal parts and thus reduce the manufacturing costs of products.

EFFICIENT MACHINES

Brione Oy’s production capacity is based on the use of two state-of-the-art sheet metal working centers. The first of these is the SG6 sheet metal working center manufactured by Finn-Power, which is equipped with an angle cutter and an 18-place automatic magazine. This fully automatic system enables smooth and efficient production. The second of our machines, the Finn-Power F6 sheet metal working center, complements the versatility of our production.

The SG6 sheet metal working center combines a turret press and an angle cutter and represents the most efficient mechanical manufacturing method for sheet metal. This machine is called a sheet metal working cell, and it is particularly efficient in the production of large, cassette-type sheet metal parts. Together with a fiber laser, the SG6 offers an excellent solution for the production of complex parts.
