Brione Oy’s product development process focuses on strengthening the customer’s competitiveness and developing the product. We use advanced Creo 3D design software, which enables the accurate and efficient design of sheet metal parts, assemblies and finished products. COST-EFFECTIVENESS

Our designers, together with our customers, select the optimal materials, manufacturing methods and machines for the products. When cutting the blank, we choose between a sheet metal working center and a fiber laser. When bending, we use either a bending machine or a press brake, and when assembling, we consider the best connection technology for the product. We make all choices according to the customer’s desired prioritization, and often the starting point for product design is to achieve the most functional and cost-effective overall design.

FROM MODEL TO SERIES PRODUCTION

Our customers are often closely involved in product development projects through product specifications, and their needs guide the development of products in the desired direction. The 3D model, which can be rotated on the screen, is easy to understand both technically and visually, and helps to see the product as a whole and in detail in the same way. After reviewing the 3D model, the simplest products proceed directly to productization without a prototyping cycle. However, demanding sheet metal parts and assemblies are tested via a prototype before starting series production.
